Puerto Princesa Underground River

Puerto Princesa Underground River, is one of the New7Wonders of the World. It is a protected area of the Philippines a few miles north of city of Puerto Princesa, Palawan.
The park has a limestone karst mountain landscape, with river winds through the cave before flowing into the West Philippine Sea. The cave includes magnificent formations of stalactites and stalagmites.
Puerto Princesa Underground River has been reputed as the world’s longest underground river till 2007. It was also inscribed by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site on December 4, 1999.
